Loan Process: What to expect



Outlook Finance was founded on the belief that the loan process should be simple, understandable, and hassle-free. You're encouraged to ask questions…and you're not asked to sign anything until you are comfortable with all the details.

1. Review... Whether you apply through our Quick App or over the phone at 866-866-0242 (9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mountain Standard Time), we make it easy to get started. We'll review your information and contact you within 24 hours--sometimes as little as 15 minutes--with a decision.

2. Select... If your application is approved, we'll calculate the loan amount and prepare a product comparison so you can select the best loan for your needs. This process usually takes about 20 minutes. Initial disclosures for the loan will also be sent at this time.

3. Verify... We'll assign you an internet loan advisor, who is accessible by e-mail or phone. The advisor will contact you promptly to answer any questions you may have. Once receive written verification (e.g., pay stubs, tax returns) of your application information, we'll order an appraisal of your home and prepare your loan for closing.
